Explore the rich chamber music literature for strings, piano, and winds in a relaxed atmosphere. Groups will practice and perform in duos, trios, quartets, or quintets. Includes weekly coaching with MIC faculty as well as daytime rehearsal space pending availability.

For students who either have never had an opportunity to study musicianship or who would like to brush up on their musical knowledge. Class study will consist of score readings in each major historical period, guided listening to major works, ear training, and composition exercises. The focus will always be on a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere! Free for students enrolled in private lesson instruction at MIC.
